We just had the first Renzadzvous! It was awesome!
For those of you who haven't read the eariler posts, I took up the task of organizing a zaadz event for folks in the Los Angeles area. We had an awesome dinner at California Vegan and finished up the night with V for Vendetta, about which I will write more later.
Details will certain follow but I first want to highlight the most significant part of the events. I was so happy to spend an evening with such wonderful, sincere, funny, brilliant, creative forward thinkers. It's rare to have such a large group of strangers gel so easily. Everyone there was a joy to meet. Everyone there was curious. Everyone there was excited about life. The evening was relaxed and inspiring.
That's zaadz huh? Bringing fantastic people together. It was so great to facilitate this further. I strongly recommend getting together the people in your area to build these high frequency connections.
A big thank you to everyone who attended. I am grateful to have basked in your excellence.

Couldn’t have asked for a better night! Thank you for making it happen Jessica. If anyone who was there reads this comment, please send me a friend invite if we aren’t already friends.
YAY! I definitely wish to attend (in person) the next one! It was so great of you to get this idea started and manifested into reality! YOU are awesome!
wow! Jessica, you rock! wish i was there too!
i'll repeat this: didn't Matthew say that he's going to do something at Stacey's Cafe? hmmm… slacker.
Why do you keep saying that?! I think I'm being taken out of context here… you seem to do that quite a bit these days, ~C.
but i just want to have my burrito signed. is there something wrong with that?
Only when you mis-quote your friends.
duh?! i didn't quote anyone. i linked. that's better. DYB!
apologies to Jessica for this juvenile food fight.
Do you guys need a mediator? Don't be angry. We can all have burritos.
I don't need a mediator. I'm a meditator. I think ~C could use a mediator and a swift kick in the seeds. :-)
i love burritos! it gives me 50% tootaches and 50% ta-das!
for Matthew: ã“れを食ã¹ãªã•ã„

{giggles}
Jessica: you're amazing.
Coolio and Matthew: freaks! both of you. :) Hilarious…
So we're going to be rolling out our events tools next quarter that are going to facilitate exactly these types of meetups for Zaadz and all kinds of other cool peeps (including the fluffy guy).
Thanks B:) Looking forward to it. Roll 'em out!
Matthew, Coolmel you are insane. But yes, funny, and charming in that out of your mind sort of way. But is it right to comment on other people's blogs in languages they can't read?
Do you guys have candy products? Don't answer that.
Readers of my blog comments: I hope you are enjoying the guest stars above;)
I know you said not to answer this question, but the google translation of what I said doesn't make any sense. It was “domo arigato, roboto-san” which, of course, means “Thank you very much, Mr. Roboto.”
I should have guessed that! :)
Mr. Roboto?!! WTF?!! that's so 80s!!! Turning Japanese is a lot better… less electronica! i want my burritos in shape of pants and T-shirts.
Nice to know that you had a whale of a time on your first renzadzvous!! Please do visit my blogspace and read my latest postings and if possible put your valuable comments.
Thanks again for organizing the event, Jessica. I really enjoyed it and look forward to our next one. (And that tofu spicy mint salad appetizer thing was DELICIOUS.)
